A General Condition Review provides an overview of the general condition of the property’s structure and fabric to enable the owner, committee of management or Owner’s Corporation to plan for repairs, maintenance or future refurbishment.
A General Condition review is designed to be considered at budget preparation and/or Annual General Meetings. If there is a consensus that work is required PMA can then provide a detailed Long term Maintenance Plan for action.
